Child Care Need For Return to Full Day School (April 19 to June 18, 2021)

If you have already previously registered for the fall or are currently attending Hybrid Child Care, you do not need to re-register.  You will need to fill out the Expanded Learning (Child Care) Needs for Full Day In Person School Questionnaire. This survey will guide us on how many children will need care between April 19 to June 18, 2021. Please answer all the questions and submit the form by Friday, March 26, 2021 by 5:00pm.  Your answers will allow us to gain an accurate count of children for before, after or before and after school care at the various sites.  The number of children we can accept will be based on the space, rotations and the ratios we need to adhere to based on CDPH Guidelines. If you need to withdraw for the remainder of the year, please visit your Eleyo account to process the request to withdraw your child for the remainder of this school year.

ADMISSION POLICIES

Enrollment is open to any child, providing:

1. The child can independently care for their own toileting needs.
2. The child will benefit from the program and the center is able to meet the individual needs of the child.
3. There is no adverse effect upon the other children attending the program.
4. The child must be enrolled in the same school where they attend Child Care.
